Spondeo is Finnish-Polish family company established to help in entering Polish or Finnish market.
We are mainly focusing on recruitment and market entry consulting – including market studies, reaching clients, opening sales channels, assisting in M&A processes, finding real estate, opening company in Poland and other project consulting.
We have wide experience and references from our services and our work is strictly based on customer’s real needs – we believe this makes us effective in what we do. For our clients we want to be fair, fast and flexible partner in Poland.
Spondeo is established in 2014 and our fantastic team of five is located at Business Garden in Poznan. In 2020 we had over 40 clients!

ABOUT
Our Team
Tuomas came to Poland in 2005 and have ever since worked closely with the market. Before Spondeo he has worked as management team member in a local media company and in fintech projects. Tuomas is also in the board of Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce. Originally he is from Oulu, North Finland and holds M.Sc. in economics from University of Oulu.
Andrzej Wiśniewski

Andrzej joined Spondeo in 2016 and is currently working with selected clients' recruitment projects, launching sales and assisting in market researches and other consulting projects. He is also from Poznan, graduated from Poznan University of Economics and Nottingham Business School.
Tomasz Wnuk
Tomasz is a student at the Poznan University of Economics and Business, majoring in international economic relations, specializing in international business. In February 2021, Tomasz joined the Spondeo forces to take part in pan-European partnership projects.
Julia Morta
Julia takes part in market research, business consulting and content management projects. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a specialty of business strategies and economic policy in a global economy from Poznań University of Economics and Business and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management.
Oksana Kets
Oksana is a graduate of the National University of Lviv. She earned a Master’s degree in Baltic-Black Sea Regional Studies and her Bachelor’s degree was about diplomacy service. She is fond of international relations and diplomacy, as well as intelligence. She considers herself a global citizen.
Tetiana (Tania) Sen
Tania graduated with a bachelor's degree in English lang. and literature from Ivan Franko Lviv National University. She has worked as an English lang. tutor, and has done creative projects for the Lviv Regional Youth Center. She has experience in sourcing & recruiting and enjoys learning about web/app design. She assists Spondeo as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Piotr Gidel
Weronika's main focus is on recruitment and key accounts. She has established a Polish recruitment company in 2011 which she exited in 2014 – the company’s business was blue collar recruitment to Scandinavian and South American markets. She is from Poznan and graduated from Poznan University of Economics.
Piotr Worsztynowicz
Piotr joined Spondeo in 2018 and ever since has been engaged in sales projects for our industrial and IT customers. He is a graduate of European Studies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and MBA of Georgia State University program at University of Economics in Poznan.
Anna Jędrzejewska
Anna is a graduate of Poznan University of Economics and Business and joined Spondeo in June 2021, having opportunity to take part in various recruitment and market entry projects. Besides her interest in international business, she is happy to create graphics, draw and read psychology books in her spare time.
Natalie Kaczmar
Natalie graduated from Ivan Franko Lviv National University and Kyiv University of Culture. She has been working as a translator but later switched to more creative branch - recruiting, where she could upgrade her software skills. At Spondeo, she helps the company to grow as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Diana Chipak
Diana joined Spondeo as the Sales and Business Consultant in 2022. She has worked in the food supplement and educational management industries for Warsaw and New York-based companies. At Spondeo, she helps clients with market research, lead generation, and sales. Native to Lviv, Ukraine, Diana is gaining an economics and entrepreneurship degree at Bennington College, VT.
Mariia Viktoriia Sviata
Mariia Viktoriia is a senior student in Communication at LCC International University. She has an experience in recruitment, copywriting, and photography. Mariia enjoys learning art and practicing it. At Spondeo, she works with Marketing Team and supports sales projects.
Piotr is a graduate of the Department of Law at the Uniwersity of Wroclaw. Most of his career he has worked in broadly understood HR, from recruitment and retention to human resources management. Piotr joined Spondeo in 2022 as a Business Consultant.
