Inżynier Spawalnik/Welding Engineer

Are you a passionate and experienced welding professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Welding Engineer IWE (EWE). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing welding processes, implementing cutting-edge welding technologies, and ensuring the highest quality standards in welding.

Responsibilities:


  • Supervision, verification of correctness, and implementation of welding processes;

  • Improving welding processes and developing and implementing new welding technologies;

  • Creating and overseeing welding documentation (including technological instructions like WPS, WPQR, monitoring welding progress, protocols for quality inspection of welded joints);

  • Supervising the welding qualifications and certificates of the Employer's facility;

  • Maintaining records of welders and overseeing their employment in terms of possessed qualifications (verification of required and held welding qualifications);

  • Organizing training for welders, enhancing the welding qualifications of employees;

  • Supervision over the correct use of additional materials and the utilization of welding machinery and equipment;

  • Collaboration with external welding units;

  • Close collaboration with the technical department in the scope of welding processes;

  • Ongoing production support in the field of welding, continuous cooperation with welders.

About you

Requirements:


  • Higher technical education;

  • Experience in the position of welder;

  • International certification as a Welding Engineer IWE (EWE);

  • Ability to read technical drawings;

  • Familiarity with standards PN-EN ISO 3834, PN-EN 1090, and PN-EN 15085;

  • Basic proficiency in English language;

  • Computer skills (MS Office), familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus;

  • Independence, excellent organizational skills.
