Our client from Finland - a rapidly growing, financially solid company with unique high quality products and the best customer service and after sales is entering the Polish market. Their main products are efficient mobile heaters and coolers for professionals for different sized spaces.
We are looking three Area Sales Managers to Poland (South, West, North-Eeast).
The location does not matter as the work is 1+4 (one admin day, four days on the road).
Main tasks for the Area Managers are to open doors and enter into dealership agreements for client's products, and then successfully nurture and grow the business with these dealers.

You are a new business development professional and you understand that success in the position requires a lot of customer visits, and the right attitude;
For you the Customer is King and this shows both in your attitude and your actions. We will naturally provide you with a thorough education of our premium products before you start;
Min. 3-5 years of sales expertise, especially in new business and retail, and real ability to close deals with new customers and then make them grow;
A positive and forward leaning attitude;
Technical interest, handiness is a plus;
Self-guidance, perseverance, interest in development and growth, both for yourself and for the company;
Willingness to travel in your area;
Good understanding of growing the business via dealer network and ideally knowledge and contacts to toolshops, agromachine and different industrial machine dealers in your area;
Native Polish and communicative English skills.
