About the job
The company is Swiss owned, has currently a small team in Poland and most of the sales (90%) are going to the key client (the same group) in Switzerland.
Tasks:
- Optimization and engineering of existing logistic modules and packaging machines in 3D CAS (Solid Works)
- Lead technical purchase process and time schedules together with other employees
- Lead the assembly area and 2 assemblers and support them in technical questions
- Creating technical data (drawing, manuals, CE)
- Ensuring the orders go out on time to clients (integrators)
- Participation with Conlogsys at international fairs
- Sales support for technical questions and logistic, packaging concepts
- Establish and develop new standards in the Polish branch
About you
Personal requirements:
- Background design engineer with several years of experience in a similar industry. Knowledge or purchasing process of the moduls and assembling is also important.
- Working experience in Solid Works
- English a must, German
- Self-driven and proactive attitude

- The person is reporting directly to the Technical Head in Switzerland
