We are searching for a CEE Region Manager for a rapidly growing company specializing in premium portable climate solutions and energy-efficient products. To strengthen presence in Central & Eastern Europe (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania), we are looking for an ambitious and self driven person to lead sales team, grow the dealer network, and ensure profitable business performance.
About you
Key Responsibilities
- Represent company across the CEE region, driving growth and market presence.
- Translate group strategy into regional objectives, reporting performance and opportunities to the
Board.
- Lead and coach the sales team: effective onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Oversee CRM use, ensuring accurate reporting, lead follow-up, and sales pipeline monitoring.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer network, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Spend time in the field with salespeople and dealers to support negotiations, gather market insights, and mentor the team.
- Deliver regional P&L vs. budget; monitor sales, invoicing, and cash flow.
- Manage participation in expos and events, with clear reporting on outcomes.
- Set monthly priorities and identify where Board support is needed.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales leadership in B2B dealer/distributor networks.
- Strong CRM management experience (Odoo is a plus).
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with hands-on field experience.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and business acumen.
- Fluent in English; local CEE languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
