We are searching for a Field Sales Representative for a rapidly growing company specializing in premium portable climate solutions and energy-efficient products. To strengthen the presence of the client in Czech Republic (and Slovakia), we are looking for a self-driven and customer-oriented professional to develop and grow the dealer network, ensuring excellent commercial relationships and long-term business growth. To ensure strong local coverage and customer focus, each Field Sales Representative will be responsible for the own territory, managing the dealer network, visiting customers, and driving sales.

About you
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and establish dealership agreements for the products in your assigned region.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers, ensuring satisfaction and business expansion.
Represent the company in the field — conduct regular customer visits, present products, and close deals.
Provide market feedback and insights to support company strategy and product development.
Ensure efficient use of CRM tools for tracking leads, follow-ups, and reporting activities.
Participate in trade fairs, local events, and product demonstrations to enhance visibility and sales.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to reach regional and country goals.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in new business development or retail.
Proven ability to close deals and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
Strong customer and business orientation.
Technical interest or hands-on approach is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English; additional regional languages are a plus.
