The No Fluff Jobs portal has published a report on the earnings of specialists from the IT industry in Poland for the first quarter of 2018. According to the report, the total earnings were generally higher in the case of B2B contracts than employment contracts. In the case of employment contracts, the earnings were within the range of 8 - 13.5 thousand PLN, with an average value of 11 thousand. For B2B contracts it was between 10,000 and 15,000, and the average value was 12,000. When analyzing average earnings in the distinction on work modes, in the case of remote work, the situation is reversed – the earnings can be higher on the employment contract.
Analyzing the earnings of IT specialists in the distinction on their specialities, it can be noted that in the case of a contract of employment, the most you can earn by specializing in Angular programming language (9000 - 15000 PLN) and the least in PHP (6000 – 9800 PLN). In the case of B2B contracts, the most profit will bring the IT specialist knowledge of SPRING (12,000-17000 PLN), while the least is also PHP (7,000-12000 PLN). In addition, along with the higher positions, earnings increase accordingly.
Taking into account the place of employment of IT specialists, according to the No Fluff Jobs report, the earnings for the highest rate IT specialists are in the Tricity in the case of a contract of employment (up to PLN 18,900 on Senior position), and for B2B contracts in Warsaw and Krakow (up to PLN 17,000 Senior position).
