Sales Strategies
We advise companies on how to structure and improve their sales approach in both new and existing markets, utilizing our team’s experience and business network in sales and key account acquisition.
Operational Advisory
We support companies in building effective local operations, organizational structures, and practical day-to-day business activities related to growth and market expansion.
How We Work
We approach advisory projects in a structured but highly practical way. Our goal is to make sure strategy is not only well designed, but also understood, tested, and executed in real market conditions.
Transparency
We communicate openly and directly at every stage of the process - including progress, challenges, and feedback from the market. We also love to discuss the project before the offer - to understand what could be the best way to support.
As Risto Siilasmaa once said:
Bad news is good news, good news is no news, and no news is bad news.
We believe that honest and direct communication leads to better decisions and faster progress.
Setting Up a Legal Entity in Poland
Want to establish a legal entity in Poland? The process is relatively straightforward and well-established, especially for international companies entering the market.
In most cases, there are two common options:
You can incorporate a new limited liability company (LLC) from scratch, fully tailored to your business structure and ownership setup.
Alternatively, you can purchase a ready-made (shelf) company through a legal provider, which allows for a faster start of operations.
Both options can be completed remotely based on a power of attorney (PoA), but they require proper documentation and administrative steps.
In all cases, an electronic signature is required to operate and manage the company in Poland.
At Spondeo, we do not provide legal incorporation services ourselves. However, we gladly help you navigate the process, connect with trusted legal partners, and choose the most efficient setup for your business, ensuring everything is aligned with your market entry strategy.
