High-Level Finnish Business Delegation to the Czech Republic
Finnish Embassy in the Czech Republic
In May 2026, Spondeo supported the organization of a high-level Finnish business delegation visit to the Czech Republic together with the Finnish Embassy in the Czech Republic. The delegation was attended by Finnish President Alexander Stubb and brought together local institutional representatives, business leaders, and international partners.
Our role included local coordination, organizing visits, meetings, roundtables and business networking plus practical on-site assistance.
Study Trips
Spondeo organizes and supports study visits, factory tours, and business trips designed to help companies better understand local markets, industries, and operational environments.
We assist with planning, coordination, company visits, local introductions,
and on-the-ground support, helping international guests gain practical market insight and valuable business connections.
Our study trips combine business, networking, and local market understanding
in a structured and engaging way. In 2025, our team visited 35 factories in Poland.
Fairs & Conferences
Spondeo regularly participates in industry fairs, conferences, and business events together with our clients and partners. These events create opportunities to strengthen relationships, explore new markets, and connect companies with relevant business communities and decision-makers.
In 2025 alone, we participated in more than 30 fairs and conferences across multiple industries in Poland.
We support companies not only through attendance, but also by helping coordinate meetings, local activities, introductions, and commercial networking during events.
Own Events
We enjoy bringing people together and creating business environments where relationships, ideas, and opportunities can develop naturally.
From business mixers and networking evenings to summer events, sports activities,
and community gatherings, we organize events that combine professional networking
with an engaging and relaxed atmosphere.
Over the years, we have organized and co-organized dozens of events across Poland and Finland - including business mixers, summer picnics, football events, stand-up comedy evenings, seasonal gatherings, and industry networking initiatives.
With our strong Nordic connections, we also like to add a Finnish touch to some of our events. Every year, we invite Santa Claus himself from Finland to visit Poznań - bringing positive energy, smiles, and a bit of Christmas spirit.
