Sales Manager – Czech Republic – Fitness & Wellbeing

We are looking for our Finnish client the first employee in Czech - with the title Sales Manager for the beginning. Do you want to be part of a company that's revolutionizing the fitness industry?


About you

Your Role

• Identify and contact potential customers – especially personal trainers and fitness centers

• Present and demonstrate the platform, highlighting how it supports coaches in their everyday work.

• Build and develop long-term customer relationships.

• Take responsibility for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Share insights and ideas for the development of our services.

  • Sales experience in health, fitness, or IT/technology.

  • Experience from bringing a new brand to the market is a big plus

  • Proactivity, goal-orientation and hunger for success

  • Passion for fitness and wellbeing and sharing our belief that an active lifestyle, combined with the right tools, is the key to success for personal trainers and their clients.

  • You want to help coaches optimize their work, achieve their business goals, and inspire their clients to make positive changes.

The Client

Has developed a modern, effective, and customer-friendly coaching tool designed for personal trainers, online coaches, and fitness centers. They aim to be the go-to solution for growing clients' business, saving time, and offering more versatile coaching. The company is from Finland and currently operates in the Nordics and Spain. The goal is to expand across Europe in the coming years and become a major player in the industry.

Additional Information

Start date: Asap

Employment: Permanent, full-time. Competitive salary + bonuses and other possibilities.

Working hours: Flexible, includes some evenings and weekend work (e.g., events).

Location: Remote work from home + meeting clients in person – local travel in the Czech Republic is required.

Other requirements: Driver’s license (Category B) and own car. Fluency in Czech and English is mandatory.
