JOB DESCRIPTION: Partner Network Manager, EURASIA
Location: Remote from the EU
Position Summary:
We seek a Partner Network Manager with a strong experience in managing a wide range of distributors and entering new countries. A background in supply chain logistics, preferably within logistics equipment manufacturing, sales organizations, 3PLs, returnable packaging, or high-volume industry operations is advantageous.
About you
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Management: Actively manage and support distribution partners to ensure they meet sales targets and align with company goals.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to partners on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
Sales Support: Assist partners with sales strategies, customer presentations, and closing deals.
Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new distribution partners in regions with low or no presence.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
Event Participation: Represent the company and support partners at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to distribution partners.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with partners promptly and effectively.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on partner performance, market trends, and competitive activities to senior management.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution partner management, sales, or a related field, preferably in logistics or material handling products.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of logistics material handling products, including manual handling equipment, semi-automated systems, and automated mobile robots.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to meet with partners and attend industry events.
Languages: Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and CRM systems and web-page content creation.
