The third stage of the Parkur Residence estate in Warsaw has reached its target height. The developer, the Finnish company YIT, plans to complete the works on the investment in Q4 2022.
The estate is being built near the Służewiec horse racing track. The project covers the construction of over 400 apartments. In the third stage, 162 apartments will be built. In addition to the roof gardens and the pocket park, Parkur Residence offers three common areas, (developed in accordance with YIT's concept "More Life in Yards"), where you can relax or practice outdoor sports. Moreover, the residents will be able to use installations for charging electric and hybrid cars as well as points for charging mobile devices.
