NBP lowered the interest rate

📉 NBP lowered the interest rate by 0,25pps to 5,00%.

📊 Predictions for the end of the year are at around 4,5% or even less (depends a lot on the inflation development).

📈 Other forecasts recently shows that:

- GDP forecasts are 3,1-3,6% for 2025

- Inflation soon below 3%

- And PLN stays stable and relatively strong.

⚠️ On the other hand:

- Salaries are still growing faster than anticipated

- PMI indicator has dropped from 50,2 to 44,8 in three months, signalling some darker clouds in manufacturing & exports

- Unemployment dropped a bit, but at the same time employment as well
