In other words, according to the index, the mood among Polish manufacturing industry is now positive 🤔 ...?

PMI crossing 50 is of course a good news. Also, a good news for Polish economy is rising figure of the biggest trade partner Germany's (increase of 4% during last 3 months) as well as eurozone's PMI number.
