Tamtron - three decades of steady growth in Poland

Pentti Asikainen, Chairman of Tamtron Group (industrial weighing solutions, Finland), says few Finnish industrial companies can claim to have begun exporting more than 30 years ago -“and even fewer can say they started with Poland. Tamtron can.”

Reflecting on the company’s long presence in the Polish market, P. Asikainen emphasises that Tamtron’s success has been built on consistency rather than shortcuts. “Our story in Poland is above all an example of determined, long‑term work: building the market step by step, maintaining a local presence, earning trust, and most recently launching production in Poland through an acquisition,” he notes. “Growth has come from understanding customers’ everyday needs and developing solutions grounded in real‑world use.”

P.
